If there was one four-word phrase that could possibly get me to think, regarding Twitter, “I really ought to start using this insipid object of media obsession,” it had to be, “Sarah Palin joins Twitter.” That really sounds like way too much potential hilarity to risk being left out.

Anyone who writes a post on their blog to let me know that they are Twittering from the convention… And especially anyone who then transfers those Twitters to a blog post because, in their mind, I was apparently dying to read the Twitters but unable to follow the link they already posted.
