Competing Theories

Theory 1: “A new national poll appears to validate the adage that time heals all wounds, at least when it comes to two former presidents of the United States.”

Theory 2: In direct comparison to one of the worst presidents in American history, if not the worst, Carter and HW really don’t look so bad.
