Also, Delaware went to the finals of their playoffs last year, meaning they have been one of the top 2-3 teams in the "Football Championship Subdivision" for a few years now. They also produced a QB who was drafted in the first round last year and is currently starting for his NFL team. OVER A GUY FROM OHIO STATE. Also, Maryland is bad, but they did beat California, who if I'm not mistaken, hasn't lost to USC by 32 points in the last two years combined.
