Putting The Stories Together

Sarah Palin claimed $16,951 in 19 months as governor of Alaska as a “per diem” for staying at her own house rather than in the governor’s residence on certain days.
While Sarah Palin was mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, her town charged the victims of sexual assault(!!!) for the tests required to collect evidence of the crime. This saved Wasilla “approximately $5,000 to $14,000 a year”.
Sarah Palin believes taxpayers should give more money directly to her in return for her taking a break from her public duties and spending some time at home than they should give to police departments in order for those police departments to avoid charging victims of sexual assualt for being victims of sexual assault.
