Hey, The Supreme Court Doesn’t Totally Suck

Justice Kennedy decided not to be an evil bastard this time around and joined the four liberal justices in ruling on a 5-4 decision that our Gitmo detainees have a right to habeas corpus.

How far has this country fallen when I’m reduced to celebrating the restoration of habeas corpus to people who have been denied it for as much as six years?
