Must… Give… Marvel… Ten More Dollars…

The headline “Stark endorses Obama” appeared in my RSS reader and I honestly thought that either the character of Iron Man would be endorsing Obama in an upcoming comic book or that Robert Downey, Jr., was appearing at a real-life event. This wouldn’t be so terrible if I didn’t know perfectly well that a Democratic member of Congress named Pete Stark existed, let alone was endorsing Obama. Unfortunately for me, I had just read the exact same news in a different RSS feed approximately five minutes earlier.

I think a second viewing of the movie might be necessary later this weekend.
