Things I Don’t Care About

(Part thirteen in an ongoing series)

The West Virginia primary.

I really can’t bring myself to care, and I’ve enthusiastically watched the results come in from almost every single state on primary night so far. WV is so relatively small and the race is so close to decided that there are absolutely no circumstances in which the result could end up changing anything. Maybe if Clinton were to win by a 50% margin it would prompt a round of hand-wringing about Obama and maybe if Obama were to win it would force Clinton to surrender… But neither of those outcomes is going to happen, so why consider them?
