South Park Looks A Bit More Prescient

Thank goodness Miley Cyrus did the right thing following her racy photo shoot. I expect 15 year-olds megastar billionaires to exercise significantly better judgment than she showed in allowing herself to be photographed while not wearing a shirt. (Albeit fully covered. Not that the photos aren’t still a bit creepy, but in all fairness, we don’t actually see anything.) Sure, the photos were taken by one of the world’s most acclaimed photographers and for one of America’s most respected magazines and with the approval of both Cyrus’s parents and her professional managers, but ultimately the buck stops with her. Again, I’m willing to accept the apology due to my overly forgiving nature, but I remain highly disappointed in this behavior and will fully understand if some fans can’t be quite as generous with their forgiveness.
After all, if we can’t expect 15-year-olds with insane amounts of money and power to display impeccable judgment at all times, then who can we trust?
